DevOps Engineer – Security & Intelligence

About the role

Envitia is looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build and operate secure cloud and platform capabilities within classified government environments. You will work with AWS and cloud‑native technologies to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure platforms that support mission‑critical digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Develop and manage cloud‑native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Support containerised platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS and ECS.
• Embed security controls, quality gates and compliance checks into the delivery process.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging and alerting for live services.
• Collaborate with software engineers, test engineers, architects, SRE specialists and mission stakeholders in Agile teams.
• Assist with cloud migration activities and production platform operations.

Required profile

• Experience working in complex, secure or classified environments.
• Strong focus on reliability, security and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary Agile teams.
