About the role
Direct Medics is seeking a locum Consultant in Diabetes to work at Antrim Area Hospital. The placement runs from 7 December 2026 to 28 February 2027 and is intended for a qualified consultant with recent experience in the specialty.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist diabetes care to in‑patients and out‑patients within the hospital.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical audits and teaching activities as required.
Required profile
- Valid GMC registration with a full licence to practise in the UK.
- Right to work in the UK and a minimum of six months’ experience in a consultant or equivalent diabetes role within the UK.
