Diagnostic Technician

About the role

Join the workshop team at Stellantis &You's Wimbledon dealership as a Diagnostic Technician. You will work on a wide range of vehicles from iconic brands such as Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot and Vauxhall, providing accurate fault diagnosis and supporting after‑sales services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using specialised equipment.
• Identify and record faults, recommend corrective actions and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Carry out MOT tests and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain workshop standards, including cleanliness, safety and tool calibration.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and share technical knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• Relevant automotive qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.

Required skills

• MOT qualification.
• Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic equipment and software.
