Diagnostic Technician – £48k base + EV qualification bonus

About the role

We are expanding a purpose‑built Diagnostic Hub in Kent and need experienced Diagnostic Technicians to join from day one. You will work in a dedicated workshop environment focused solely on technical work, with no customer‑facing duties.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults across a wide range of makes and models.
• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled technicians to share knowledge and solve challenging issues.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer‑level training to broaden technical expertise.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repair.
• Strong passion for continuous learning and technical development.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge.

• EV Level 4 qualification (or willingness to obtain it)

What we offer

• Base salary up to £48,000 per year.
• Additional £3,000 for holding or gaining an EV Level 4 qualification.
• Full EV training provided, with a further £3,000 bonus after completion.
