About the role
We are expanding a purpose‑built Diagnostic Hub and need experienced Diagnostic Technicians to join the team from day one. This is a dedicated workshop environment where technical excellence and collaboration are paramount, with no customer‑facing duties.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults across a wide range of makes and models.
- Use advanced vehicle diagnostic tools and EV equipment to identify issues.
- Collaborate daily with a team of skilled technicians, sharing knowledge and solutions.
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer‑level training to broaden technical expertise.
- Focus exclusively on technical work, with no sales or customer interaction.
Required profile
- Experienced automotive technician from any manufacturer background.
- Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic abilities.
- Strong passion for continuous learning and skill development.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge with peers.
Required skills
- Vehicle diagnostic tools
- Automotive fault diagnosis
- EV Level 4 qualification (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of multiple vehicle makes and models
What we offer
- Basic salary up to £48,000 per year.
- Additional £3,000 for holding or gaining an EV Level 4 qualification.
- Full EV training provided, plus a £3,000 training payment.
- Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, no weekend work.
- PAYE employment with holiday pay, pension and uniform.
