Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join a fast‑growing B2B marketing agency in London. You will manage client relationships and lead the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, translate objectives into actionable marketing plans and lead client meetings.
• Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies, content calendars and influencer programmes.
• Oversee paid search (PPC) and broader digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, PR specialists and senior marketers to ensure timely delivery against KPIs.
• Mentor junior team members and monitor account profitability and resource allocation.
• Analyse performance data from social, SEO and web analytics platforms and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B social media and influencer marketing.
• Background in managing client accounts within an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong knowledge of paid and organic social media, paid search and digital advertising.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
