Digital Adoption Specialist – NHS Services

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to drive the uptake of Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) across NHS services in the North West. You will work closely with clinical, operational and programme teams to ensure a smooth rollout and realisation of digital benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to promote AVT adoption and utilisation.
• Support change and communication activities, explaining programme objectives and rollout plans.
• Coordinate service readiness, onboarding users, devices and workflows before deployment.
• Deliver training, provide adoption guidance and resolve issues during rollout.
• Monitor adoption metrics, capture feedback and contribute to benefits‑realisation reporting.
• Identify, escalate and help resolve adoption, operational and service risks while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital transformation, service improvement or change initiatives within healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clinical, operational and programme stakeholders.
• Experience in technology adoption, implementation, onboarding or readiness activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clinical services.
