Digital & AI Support Technician Apprentice

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues needing IT assistance and will help the business adopt digital and AI technologies. Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you will gain exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for hardware, software and digital‑tool enquiries.
• Assist colleagues across the head office and showroom network with approved AI tools.
• Support setup, deployment and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices and user accounts.
• Help with employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles and IT documentation.
• Monitor IT systems and escalate incidents as needed.
• Work with third‑party IT providers and track service performance.
• Contribute to digital transformation and AI implementation projects.
• Maintain accurate records in the IT service‑management platform.
• Apply information‑security best practices and support GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology, digital tools and AI.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Eagerness to learn and develop IT support skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
