Digital Assets Associate

About the role

Marex is expanding its digital assets franchise across the Group. The Digital Assets Associate will work centrally to support the delivery of digital‑asset projects originating from Front Office desks and other business areas, ensuring they move smoothly from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic and tactical digital‑asset initiatives across Marex.
• Coordinate projects, define requirements, establish delivery plans and manage actions and dependencies.
• Assist with production readiness and ensure projects align with Marex’s governance, regulatory, risk and operational standards.
• Monitor market developments and help identify new applications for digital‑asset technology within the Group.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Support and Control functions to drive consistent implementation.

Required profile

• Highly organised and commercially aware individual.
• Strong interest in financial markets, digital assets, strategy and project delivery.
• Ability to work across multiple business lines and functions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
