Digital Business Operations Manager – Luxury Watches

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Business Operations Manager to drive the operational engine of a fast‑growing luxury watch trading business in Hatton Garden, London. The successful candidate will combine a passion for rare Swiss timepieces with strong systems‑thinking to scale processes, improve efficiency and support the founder’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and optimise standard operating procedures across buying, selling and after‑sales workflows.
• Maintain and enhance the CRM and project‑management tools (HubSpot, Asana, Missive) to ensure data integrity and team accountability.
• Identify, implement and monitor AI‑driven automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase throughput.
• Track key performance indicators, produce regular operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or systems improvement within a high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building and refining SOPs.
• Passion for luxury goods, particularly high‑end watches, and an understanding of the sector’s standards.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and deliver results under tight deadlines.

What we offer

• Base salary £42,000‑£46,000 plus performance‑based OTE up to £60,000.
