Digital Content Generalist I – Legal Guidance

About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional to create practical legal guidance that helps professionals make informed decisions. You will research, write and improve content while collaborating with subject‑matter experts to enhance the Lexis+ offering.

Key responsibilities

• Review new and existing content for legal accuracy and quality, recommending process improvements.
• Draft practical guidance such as FAQs, practice notes, precedents, trackers and checklists.
• Conduct legal research and liaise with subject‑matter experts across practice areas.
• Maintain trackers of consultations, cases and key dates.
• Support initiatives to grow and improve the Lexis+ product suite.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail with a quality‑oriented focus.
• Excellent research and legal writing skills.
• Good understanding of legal issues, procedures and content types.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and think creatively.
• Effective communication with a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
