Digital Customer Experience Administrator (6-month FTC)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Customer Experience Administrator to join our fast‑growing team on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. You will act as the central hub between national account customers, franchisees, engineers and internal departments, ensuring a seamless digital experience and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer portals, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support franchisees and engineers with digital systems, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Produce operational and performance reports, highlighting trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Track SLA and KPI performance, escalating issues and driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate service delivery across departments, maintaining clear communication throughout the customer journey.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a strong customer focus.
• Digitally confident and comfortable working with online portals and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
