Digital Customer Experience Administrator

About the role

Metro Rod is seeking a proactive Digital Customer Experience Administrator to join its fast‑growing Waste & Water Services division. You will be the central point of contact for national account customers, franchisees, engineers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless digital experience across our service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer portals, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support operational performance by tracking KPIs, SLA compliance and generating performance reports.
• Coordinate service delivery between customers, franchisees, engineers and internal departments.
• Provide training and guidance on digital systems and company processes.
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
