About the role

Synthesia is seeking a Mid‑weight Digital Designer to join its Customer Services Content Creation Team. The role focuses on supporting French‑speaking enterprise customers, creating high‑quality visual assets, corporate templates, and motion‑graphics content that help large organisations produce video without traditional production tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring brand consistency across multiple client brands.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate ideas visually and verbally.
• Develop visually striking templates, motion graphics, and typography solutions for enterprise use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design approaches.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, accepting feedback and iterative changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (native or bilingual proficiency).
• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Creative mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and a quiet‑ego attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with motion graphics, branding, and typography.
• Presentation design experience is a plus.
