About the role
Morse Networks Ltd is building a brand‑new media and design department from the ground up. As a Digital Designer you will shape the visual language of the team, create brand identities and deliver client‑facing digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead web design and UI/UX work for both internal and client projects.
- Contribute to the development of brand identity for Morse Networks and its clients.
- Occasionally produce social and marketing design assets as needed.
- Help define design processes and workflows for a brand‑new department.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to create unexpected, distinctive work that stands out.
- Experimental mindset – not just execution.
Required skills
- Fluent use of Figma (non‑negotiable).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Affinity Designer or Affinity Photo (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools.
