Digital Engineer / BIM Coordinator

About the role

Glent Group is seeking a Digital Engineer / BIM Coordinator to support the design and delivery of major data‑centre and infrastructure projects across Europe. You will develop 3D models, produce construction drawings and ensure that the right information reaches the construction teams at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for underground services, duct banks, drainage, chambers and reinforced concrete structures.
• Produce coordinated drawings, sections and setting‑out information for site use.
• Support clash detection and resolution between services and structural elements.
• Integrate survey data and point clouds to align models with existing site conditions.
• Assist in preparing construction sequences, layouts and reinforcement detailing.
• Ensure models and drawings meet RIBA Stage deliverables and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and site teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Track design changes and provide up‑to‑date digital support for concrete pours, service diversions and underground works.
• Promote digital innovation by implementing tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and Dynamo.

Required profile

• Proven experience modelling and coordinating underground services and reinforced concrete works.
• Background in data‑centre, heavy civil engineering, infrastructure or large‑scale industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Right to permanently live and work in the United Kingdom.
