Digital Information & Systems Lead

About the role

Dalkia Engineering is looking for a Digital Information & Systems Lead to drive its digital transformation programme. You will own the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and other digital delivery platforms, working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and governance of Dalkia Engineering’s CDE and digital delivery platforms.
• Develop, implement and maintain information‑management workflows, standards and processes in line with ISO 19650.
• Support rollout and adoption of digital tools, delivering training, workshops and user guidance.
• Configure new projects to meet information‑management requirements and conduct compliance audits.
• Manage the Information Management System (IMS) and Project Delivery System (PDS) documentation, including revision control.
• Coordinate change‑control workflows for policies, templates and other controlled documents.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive digital transformation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information management and digital delivery within construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, capable of developing multi‑level teams.
• Relevant qualification in Information Management, BIM, Digital Construction, Engineering or IT (HNC/HND, degree or equivalent).
