About the role

The Digital Innovation Lead will translate the college’s digital strategy into concrete actions, driving technology‑focused change that improves both staff workflows and learner experiences. Working across all departments, you will champion digital adoption and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital innovation projects that align with the college’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources and stakeholder communication.
• Support colleagues in building confidence with technology and AI tools.
• Embed meaningful digital change across teaching, administration and support services.
• Share best practices, remove barriers to adoption and promote collaborative learning.

• Digitally skilled professional with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to turn ideas into actionable outcomes.
• Enjoys working with people and driving positive, lasting change.

Required skills

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI concepts.
