Digital Learning Consultant – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Vitality is seeking a Digital Learning Consultant on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to help shape its skills transformation agenda. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and create engaging digital solutions that close skills gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to uncover learning needs and skills gaps.
• Recommend digital learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design, storyboard and develop interactive e‑learning modules, videos, animations, PDFs and presentations.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital learning projects, including uploading and maintaining content on the learning experience platform.
• Monitor learner engagement, completion rates and learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content relevance and impact.
• Ensure all learning solutions adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and use insights for continuous improvement.
• Support ongoing development and administration of the learning experience platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design or training.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and their application to digital solutions.
• Experience designing and developing engaging digital learning content.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
