About the role

Iconic Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join its Client Services team. You will become the trusted marketing partner for a portfolio of diverse businesses, guiding them through strategy, execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of digital marketing client accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Lead monthly strategy and performance review meetings with clients.
• Produce and present insightful marketing reports that translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialist delivery teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet agreed objectives.
• Identify upsell and optimisation opportunities to drive client growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an agency or in‑house marketing environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate performance and strategy clearly.
• Analytical mindset and a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
