Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support demand generation for Bosch's HydraForce division by executing SEO, PPC, content, social media, and email marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create data‑driven campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, creating tailored text, image, and video content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Plan and run email marketing programs, including newsletters, promotional blasts, and automated sequences, using segmentation and A/B testing.
• Lead SEO and PPC efforts, performing keyword research, campaign setup, and ongoing performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high‑quality assets that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and HubSpot CRM for lead nurturing.
• Maintain the global social media calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Provide regular website and digital marketing analytics, offering data‑driven recommendations for optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with content, product, and sales teams.
