Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Holmes & Hills is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager on digital activities for its Blackwater Law practice, which specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury. The role is office‑based in Marks Tey, Colchester and involves working closely with a small, collaborative marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse campaign performance, benchmark data and produce regular reports.
• Update the Blackwater Law website via WordPress, publish SEO‑friendly articles and create landing pages.
• Diagnose and resolve website issues such as broken links, 404 errors and plugin conflicts.
• Manage paid digital campaigns across Google, social and native channels, optimise budgets and monitor cost‑per‑enquiry.
• Maintain the brand’s Facebook presence, design posts, track engagement and report results.
• Conduct keyword, phrase and competitor research to inform SEO strategy.
• Assist in PR activities, including drafting press releases and liaising with journalists.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
