Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive will drive the online presence of the brand, generate high‑quality leads and improve digital performance across the business. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, Content Lead and external agency partners, you will manage product catalogue, SEO, paid campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the online product catalogue, ensuring accurate and engaging listings.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to enhance website content and improve organic search performance.
• Act as the main contact for external partners on paid search and digital advertising, tracking performance and maximising ROI.
• Conduct prospect research, maintain lead databases and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including landing pages and promotional assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and eCommerce environments.
• Ability to manage product catalogue and analyse performance data.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and paid digital advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to produce insights and recommendations.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
