Digital Marketing Executive – Full‑time, £28‑35k

About the role

Reed is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its creative team in West Sussex. You will play a pivotal part in boosting brand awareness, generating leads and enhancing customer engagement across a range of digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage SEO, PPC, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, reporting on ROI and key KPIs.
• Optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule engaging content for websites, blogs and social platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Maintain social media accounts, handling content planning, posting and community interaction.
• Support email marketing from creation to performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with website updates to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role or a closely related position.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, analytics and paid advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
