Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our international marketing team in Oxfordshire. Working four days a week on‑site and one day remotely, you will lead PPC and SEO initiatives across multiple brands, driving visibility, traffic and lead generation in the UK and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, performance analysis, A/B testing and budget optimisation.
• Monitor campaign and site performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush and Moz.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce SEO‑focused content.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Produce performance reports and competitor analyses to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Upward‑career professional with a solid base of experience in SEO, PPC and paid social.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded digital marketer.
• Valid driver’s licence is essential.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (4 days on‑site, 1 day remote).
