Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing agency that serves pharmaceutical and life‑sciences clients across the UK and internationally. Working hybrid – three days onsite – you will help plan, execute and monitor B2B digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns for a varied client portfolio.
• Write and optimise website, social and email copy with a focus on SEO and lead generation.
• Manage website content and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Create engaging social media posts centred on industry insight and thought leadership.
• Assist paid‑media campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Run targeted email marketing programmes, including segmentation and content creation.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and content specialists.
• Prioritise multiple campaigns and deadlines across diverse clients.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Background in an agency, B2B environment or the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
