Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will own and develop the organisation's digital ecosystem, ensuring websites, apps and digital products deliver a seamless experience for visitors and commercial partners. This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic thinking across multiple projects in a fast‑moving, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise website content, functionality and user experience.
• Coordinate with external digital suppliers and development partners.
• Support the delivery of new digital features, platforms and improvements.
• Monitor website performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement changes.
• Track and analyse campaign and website performance using analytics tools.
• Produce reports and insights to inform marketing and commercial decisions.
• Support the digital delivery of major industry events and campaigns.
• Coordinate digital assets, content and partner deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, website management or digital product management.
• Strong understanding of website content management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Experience using Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
