Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing function and take ownership of a broad range of digital activity across the business. This hands‑on role involves managing the CRM, website, digital content, reporting and marketing automation while collaborating with external SEO and digital agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the HubSpot CRM, including data accuracy, forms, workflows and automations.
• Maintain and update the company website, upload products, and ensure an engaging user experience.
• Analyse CRM and digital marketing data to produce actionable insights and regular reports.
• Work with external agencies on SEO, website optimisation and AI‑search visibility.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and contribute to ongoing improvements in SEO, content and user experience.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital marketing experience across CRM, website management and data‑driven optimisation.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.

What we offer

• Salary £35,000 – £37,000 per year (DOE)
