Digital Marketing Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised premium brand to hire a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead high‑performing paid media campaigns, optimise digital performance and collaborate with a talented global marketing team to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video and Affiliate channels.
• Manage relationships with external media agencies to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyse and report on ROI and commercial performance of campaigns.
• Use data and customer insights to refine future marketing activity.
• Collaborate with CRM, Content, Product, Analytics and regional marketing teams.
• Drive testing and optimisation strategies to continuously improve results.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets and supplier relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display and programmatic advertising.
• Background managing a luxury retail or premium brand.
• Experience handling sizeable paid‑media budgets.
• Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
