Digital Marketing Manager – B2B

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all B2B marketing activities for our wholesale body jewellery business. The role is hands‑on, digitally focused and responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO, paid search, paid social, email and CRM campaigns.
• Manage ecommerce marketing on Shopify, including product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead, mentor and develop the internal marketing team, setting priorities and performance standards.
• Brief and oversee external agencies, ensuring delivery of high‑value work.
• Track, analyse and report performance, turning data into growth opportunities.
• Build and run an affiliate programme targeting studios and influencers.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Support product launches, trade events and wider business projects.

Required profile

• Broad, digitally‑led marketing generalist with commercial mindset.
• Proven experience managing people and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to set strategic direction while rolling up sleeves to execute.
