Digital Marketing Manager – Fashion E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive online growth for Condition, a fast‑growing sportswear brand based in Knutsford. You will own our digital presence, turning product drops and campaigns into revenue across paid social, email and our Shopify store.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Google (Search, Shopping/Performance Max), including prospecting, retargeting and dynamic product ads.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing – build flows, run campaigns, manage segmentation and grow the subscriber list using Klaviyo or similar.
• Manage and optimise the Shopify storefront – improve product page conversion, create landing pages, run promotions and integrate apps.
• Run A/B tests on ads, emails and on‑site experiences to boost ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Develop marketing calendars around product drops, seasonal campaigns and sales events.
• Collaborate with creative teams and UGC creators to produce ad content.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, email revenue) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Support organic social, influencer partnerships and SMS marketing as the brand scales.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion, apparel or lifestyle e‑commerce.
• Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta, TikTok and Google ad budgets.
• Strong email marketing expertise with flow building and segmentation.
• Solid knowledge of Shopify store management and conversion optimisation.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager and Shopify analytics.
• Passion for fashion and an eye for brand aesthetics.
