Digital Marketing Manager – Hybrid, London Bridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client’s online marketing efforts across multiple channels. Based at London Bridge, you will work in a hybrid model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business goals.
• Lead the ECRM programme, driving customer engagement, loyalty and retention.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (paid and organic).
• Monitor performance, analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets, maximising ROI and ROAS.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high‑performing campaigns.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and identify innovative growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of paid and organic digital channels.
• Experience managing ECRM programmes, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Commercially focused mindset with a passion for performance.
• CIM qualification or equivalent.
