Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead day‑to‑day digital activities, ensuring a consistent, engaging and high‑performing presence across all online channels. You will drive improvements in email automation, collaborate on evergreen content and support the wider business development agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain email templates in Vuture and enhance automated newsletters ahead of the 2027 full‑automation rollout.
• Collaborate with the content and web teams to create and optimise evergreen content based on search insights.
• Work closely with other marketing functions to deliver integrated campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
• Manage and develop the Social Media Executive, ensuring team performance meets objectives.
• Partner with the Business Partnering team to align digital initiatives with key yearly priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing programmes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across marketing, content, web and business development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior team members.
