Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a growing mortgage brokerage seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence and support day‑to‑day technology needs. The role blends creative content production with basic IT support, offering a varied workload in a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and monitor social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Produce simple engaging content such as graphics, short videos, captions, client updates and community posts.
• Maintain the company website, ensuring information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Manage digital assets including broker photos, email signatures, business cards, flyers and stationery.
• Design visual materials using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Produce and distribute MailChimp newsletters.
• Capture and edit basic video and photo material.
• Organise digital files, templates and marketing assets.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic engagement reports.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulated financial services standards.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Required profile

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and basic website platforms.
• Experience with WordPress or willingness to learn.
• Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Professional attitude and interest in mortgage/financial services marketing.
• Previous experience in marketing, social media, IT support or administration is a plus; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
