About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation for a leading global professional services business. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes that drive business growth, lead generation and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media, web, email and events.
• Drive demand generation through targeted planning, marketing automation and lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Manage digital delivery of event marketing, from audience acquisition to post‑event engagement.
• Optimise website journeys, landing pages and campaign performance to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Analyse campaign data, produce actionable insights and recommend data‑led improvements to maximise ROI.
• Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and commercial objectives are met.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development and external partners to deliver high‑performing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
• Strong demand generation and lead‑nurturing background.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
• Ability to analyse data, measure success and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
