Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a respected wealth management firm seeking a commercially‑focused Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow their digital presence, lead generation and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.
• Build and manage targeted email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Drive qualified leads via landing pages, lead magnets, webinars and digital campaigns.
• Optimise website conversion rates and customer journeys.
• Manage digital marketing spend, track ROI and allocate budget.
• Use GA4, CRM data and attribution tools to measure campaign performance.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Run A/B tests and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to translate complex financial topics into engaging content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy within financial, investment or wealth‑management sectors.
• Strong commercial thinking combined with analytical expertise.
• Ability to own projects from concept through delivery and demonstrate results‑driven mindset.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
