Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

Morse Networks Ltd is launching a brand‑new digital marketing arm and needs a proactive specialist to shape its SEO strategy from the ground up. You will own SEO delivery for multiple client sites, set up analytics foundations and help the team stay ahead of AI‑driven search trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across a portfolio of client websites.
• Set up and manage GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Produce performance reports that are clear and actionable for clients.
• Contribute to content strategies that improve search visibility.
• Gradually take on Google Ads management and broader digital marketing tasks.
• Monitor AI‑driven search developments (GEO/AEO) and advise clients on optimal positioning.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record of improving rankings and traffic.
• Self‑starter who experiments with new tools and processes.
• Comfortable working in a small, autonomous team.

Required skills

• SEO strategy and execution.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Google Search Console.
• SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or SE Ranking.
• Google Ads (preferred).
