Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

About the role

Bamsey Digital, a boutique digital agency in Wimbledon, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join its close‑knit team. You will own the social media function for multiple clients, guiding campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting while working in a hybrid environment (two days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule content and create platform‑specific posts.
• Analyse web and social performance metrics and optimise strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact, lead briefing calls and coordinate with designers and video editors.
• Produce quick social‑native edits when speed is essential.
• Support a junior team member on community management and trend research.
• Participate in photo/video shoots for larger accounts, contributing on‑camera when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media or digital marketing, handling multiple clients.
• Proven ability to adapt strategies per brand and sector.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑driven attitude.
• Enthusiasm for agency growth and willingness to pitch additional services.
