Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our in‑house software products, client projects, and overall brand. The role works closely with product, sales, design, and development teams to deliver campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for products, services, and client projects.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms.
• Create and manage lead‑generation programmes to support business development.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content, email and social‑media marketing activities.
• Produce engaging content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, videos and social posts.
• Maintain and update company and client websites to improve traffic and conversion rates.
• Support launches and promotion of new software solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and project managers on client‑focused campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and deliver regular insight reports.
• Manage marketing calendars and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably in a technology, software or B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
