Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the performance and growth of OTC brands across Amazon marketplaces. You will develop and optimise Amazon advertising strategies, manage marketplace performance and deliver commercial insights to maximise visibility, conversion and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies across multiple markets.
• Manage and optimise paid media activity to improve performance and ROI.
• Deliver reporting, forecasting and actionable commercial insights.
• Act as the lead contact for Amazon advertising and marketplace performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through automation, AI‑enabled tools and platform innovations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve product discoverability and conversion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience managing Amazon Advertising and e‑commerce marketplace activity.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, digital commerce and marketplace growth strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for e‑commerce, innovation and delivering results.
