Digital Marketing & Website Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to support our marketing team across two consumer brands. Working hybrid in Reigate, you will be involved in email marketing, social media, website management, e‑commerce and content creation, contributing to both day‑to‑day activities and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and update Klaviyo email flows and newsletters, write copy and design graphics.
• Produce organic social media content, write captions, edit video reels and support paid‑social assets.
• Maintain and update the Shopify store – banners, product pages, pop‑ups, pricing, discounts and checkout experience.
• Manage the WordPress site – add products, edit Elementor pages, handle plugins, create landing pages and keep the visual identity consistent.
• Organise the online dealer portal, ensuring product resources are correctly filed and downloadable.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey across digital channels.

Required profile

• Creative, enthusiastic and energetic with a keen willingness to get involved.
• Recent university graduate or early‑career professional with strong software skills.
• Excellent written communication and an eye for engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence editing images and video.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work proactively.
