Digital Operative Apprentice

About the role

Join Agilico’s Edinburgh refurbishment centre as a Digital Operative Apprentice. You will support the circular‑first managed print services business by handling service tickets, managing parts, and assisting with the repair and refurbishment of multi‑functional devices.

Key responsibilities

• Log, triage and update service calls using the Vantage Online ticketing platform.
• Raise purchase orders, allocate parts and maintain accurate digital records.
• Assist in diagnosing, repairing and refurbishing MFDs, recording all activity in the system.
• Maintain documentation and communication via Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, workshop staff and management to prioritise work and meet customer expectations.
• Support digital stock control and inventory management, reporting discrepancies through system tools.
• Adhere to quality, health & safety and data‑management standards.

Required profile

• Good understanding of IT concepts.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and become a super‑user of digital platforms.
