Digital Platform Manager – Website & Intranet

About the role

The organisation is undergoing a major digital and marketing transformation and needs a Digital Platform Manager to take ownership of its website and intranet. You will lead the redesign and re‑platforming effort, improve user experience for both external audiences and internal staff, and embed robust content governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the organisation’s website and intranet platforms, focusing on both external and internal user experience.
• Define and deliver a roadmap for platform, UX and content improvements.
• Build, update and optimise pages using CMS tools and reusable components, reducing reliance on external agencies.
• Improve user journeys for clients, prospects, advisers and internal staff.
• Establish and maintain content governance, standards and lifecycle processes.
• Support the website redesign and re‑platforming project, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in website, digital platform or intranet management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably within a regulated or complex environment.
• Understanding of UX, user journeys and information architecture.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practice.
