Digital Platform Product Manager

About the role

The Digital Platform Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a growing digital platforms and API estate for a global brand. Working in a hybrid setting, you will act as the product owner for platforms, integrations and APIs, ensuring they deliver business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of the organisation's digital platform and API capabilities.
• Act as Product Owner for digital platforms, integrations and APIs, aligning delivery with business priorities.
• Define and drive platform governance, standards and best practices in partnership with architecture, security and technology teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, challenge and prioritise requirements across BAU and project initiatives.
• Manage third‑party suppliers and delivery partners, ensuring quality, value for money and successful outcomes.
• Lead Agile delivery activities, including planning, backlog management, reviews and retrospectives.
• Promote adoption of modern digital platform and integration capabilities across the organisation.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, compliance and risk requirements.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, platform performance and service improvements.
• Serve as a key link between business teams, vendors, architects and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Delivery Manager or Technology Manager.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management abilities.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and digital platforms.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
