Digital PR Executive

About the role

Rise at Seven is seeking a Digital PR Executive to join its growing team in the UK. You will work on both reactive PR and campaign‑led content, turning news hooks into high‑authority coverage and creating strategic digital PR stories for clients across tech, beauty, finance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality media coverage and backlinks through proactive media relations.
• Research media landscape trends and maintain up‑to‑date media lists.
• Identify newsworthy stories, craft press releases and write SEO‑considered copy.
• Analyse data for reactive PR stories and produce coverage reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers and other media contacts.
• Monitor competitors’ reactive marketing and spot new hook opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams to assess newsworthiness of ideas.
• Stay informed on SEO technicalities to enhance digital PR performance.

Required profile

• Some experience in a PR role, either agency or in‑house.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with natural curiosity and ambition to learn.
• Established relationships with journalists across multiple industries.
• Interest in SEO and digital PR concepts.
• Ability to write compelling press releases and deliver measurable results.
• German language knowledge is a plus but not required.
