Digital Print All-Rounder

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Print All‑Rounder to manage print projects from estimate through to delivery in a fast‑paced environment. The role is based in central London and offers a full‑time schedule with occasional overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee print jobs from quoting to final delivery, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
• Operate high‑spec digital printers and Xerox Fiery RIP systems.
• Perform finishing operations such as wiro binding, laminating, folding and using commercial guillotine equipment.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with imposition, bleed, crops, step‑and‑repeat layouts and minor artwork adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a digital or commercial print shop.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Team‑oriented attitude with willingness to support colleagues and work overtime when needed.

Required skills

• Digital printing operation and document finishing.
• Xerox Fiery RIP technology.
• Wiro binding, laminating, folding and commercial guillotine equipment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Mac OS IT proficiency and use of Outlook.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Overtime opportunities.
• Central London location (W1) with regular Tuesday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm and Saturday 10 am‑4 pm hours.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
