Digital Product Analyst – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join a large professional services firm in London. You will turn rough ideas into tangible digital products, prototypes, or proof‑of‑concepts across areas such as AI, automation, mobile solutions and third‑party technology trials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand objectives, define value and shape requirements.
• Guide Agile delivery teams through discovery, prototyping and delivery phases.
• Manage the innovation pipeline, deciding which ideas to pursue, refine or park.
• Translate concepts into clear product requirements, epics, features and user stories.
• Support business cases and work closely with UX designers, developers, testers and solution architects.
• Present progress and outcomes to the business.

Required profile

• Background as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Consultant or Innovation Consultant.
• Proven experience taking ideas from concept to delivery in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate broad business thinking into actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with backlogs, prototypes, PoCs, UX/UI, suppliers and business case development.
• Scrum or Product Owner qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
