About the role

The Digital Product Innovation Owner will lead a cross‑functional squad delivering digital products from concept to launch. Based in London with flexible remote options, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving innovation and agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an agile delivery squad (developers, testers, solution designers, UX/UI) and run all Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage end‑to‑end product delivery cycles of 6‑7 months, ensuring smooth handover to product managers.
• Identify, prototype and validate 10‑15 ideas per year, building proofs of concept and business cases.
• Engage senior stakeholders, shape digital and technology strategy, and advise on tool selection and roadmap planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital prototyping, proof‑of‑concept creation and product delivery.
• Strong background managing delivery squads within an agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and navigating complex priorities.
• Fluency in discussing technology concepts with both business and technical audiences.
