Digital Production Planning Apprentice

About the role

Arria Furniture Group are looking for a motivated and organised apprentice to join our Production Planning team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in manufacturing, planning and supply chain while working alongside an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the production planning team with daily scheduling and planning activities using systems such as KIS.
• Monitor production progress, materials and stock availability through Epicor and other planning tools.
• Communicate with suppliers via Outlook regarding order receipt dates.
• Maintain accurate planning information, reports and documentation using Adobe.
• Work with production, purchasing and other teams to resolve issues.
• Learn and use planning systems and processes, including Epicor and KIS.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and planning processes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Good organisation, communication and attention to detail, with a positive attitude and genuine interest in how products are made.
