Digital Project Manager – Hybrid (London)

About the role

Greenpark is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join its London office on a hybrid basis. You will support the Delivery team, working closely with client services, content, SEO and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution for global brand clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining communication with agency and client personnel.
• Monitor and enforce project constraints such as schedule, scope and resources, and keep status reports up‑to‑date.
• Drive projects from initiation to completion, using Greenpark’s approved AI tools for status updates, meeting summaries and documentation.
• Manage project finances by tracking internal and external costs, forecasting resources and supporting billing and invoicing.
• Ensure quality by reviewing deliverables against scope and obtaining sign‑off from key internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of project‑management experience in a digital, content or creative agency with a record of successful delivery.
• Experience working with global brand clients (FMCG or similar) is a plus.
• Comfortable using project‑management and job‑costing tools.
• Regular user of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and eager to expand their use.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team‑player attitude and the ability to coach junior team members.
